According to the Deputy Minister, the award aims to recognize and honor typical organizations and individuals who have advanced in developing, protecting, and promoting Vietnamese corporate cultural values during the integration period. At the Awards Ceremony, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism made the following remarks: "Every company's intangible asset is its corporate culture. Any organization or business that lacks cultural and knowledge elements will struggle to survive’’.

The organizers awarded 38 businesses and 40 typical entrepreneurs in three categories: the Golden Cup of Corporate Culture, the Super Cup for Successful Businesses, and the Golden Cup of Entrepreneurial Culture.

Global Insurance Company in Northwest branch was honored to receive the "Corporate Culture Gold Cup," and Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Huong - Branch Manager in Northwest region received the "Successful Entrepreneur Gold Cup’’.
