Customers or their relatives must notify the Customer Care Call Center 1900 6486 of GIC as soon as the insured incident takes place. The operator will guide you through the process of filing an insurance claim and offer advice.

1. If I have an accident during the insurance period but die a year later from those injuries, will I still receive compensation
Yes, you can still get compensation if you can provide proof that your death was a direct result of the disability caused by the accident.
You can download the form to get a disability rating.
Insurance only covers repairs if the cost is more than 75% of the vehicle's value, or if repairs are impossible.

No, compensation is only provided if you park your vehicle in a licensed parking lot authorized by a government agency and have a parking tag or receipt.

Three insurance products (plus one rescue benefit) are included in this insurance package:

- Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance

- Insurance for passenger accidents

- Theft, robbery, and total loss insurance.
This requires the presentation of Compulsory Insurance for Civil Liability when speaking with the traffic police. You will receive a Certificate of Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance (by mail) after acquiring this insurance, which you must provide to the traffic police.
