Job description

  • Receiving and providing information to customers about the company's services, products, and promotional programs (if any) 
  • Receiving information requested by customers by phone accurately, completely, and quickly in accordance with regulations
  • Listening to and recording customer comments and complaints 
  • Forwarding them to relevant functional departments for resolution
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Have an Intermediate or higher diploma..
  • One to two years of experience managing a call center.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Capable of handling situations and communication.
  • Take turns working. Shift 1: 08:00 - 17:00. Shift 2: 13:00 - 21:00.
  • Working days: five per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Has immediate job prospects.
  • Speak with a neutral accent; avoid a lisp, stutter, or heavy accent.
