Job description

Roles and responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing insurance contracts in the Motor Vehicles (XCG) service on the professional management software system, issued to customers by member companies, checking and comparing to ensure the data The data and information have been completely updated, accurately, and strictly in accordance with the company's rules and operational procedures
• Ensure that the insurance contract premiums issued to customers adhere to the fee schedule established by the company and the XCG Operations Department's approval decision
• Ensure that the images of assessment and risk control have been completely and accurately updated
• For each specific vehicle model, periodically update violations and report compliance levels of operators and member companies
• Based on compliance reports and loss rates of member companies, analyze and evaluate based on the correlation between violation level and loss rate, in order to find the causes and suggest solutions
• Additional duties delegated by the direct manager

Requirements

• Male, at least 22 years old
• Graduated from universities like the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, the Faculty of Insurance, the University of Economics and Law, the National Economics University, and others with degrees in insurance, economics, law, and business administration...
• At least a year of work experience in the insurance sector, with at least six months of that time spent in a position directly related to auto insurance.
• Industry expertise, background knowledge of auto insurance, and knowledge of relevant insurance business laws, including circulars and decrees.
• Proficient knowledge of office software, especially MS Excel for creating reports.
• Meticulous, meticulous, and diligent.
• Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and effective communication
