• Searching for, selecting, and submitting proposals for collaboration agreements with Bancassurance channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to research and develop new programs/products for the Bancassurance channel.
• Create and coordinate with related departments to successfully implement new partner/new program/new product projects.
• Drafting and assisting in the signing of legal documents in order to deploy new partners, new programs/products, and modify existing programs/products.
• Work with the Sales Promotion Department to develop revenue plans for each Bancassurance partner and GIC Business Unit; propose programs to promote sales internally and for partners; and assess the effectiveness of sales promotion programs that have been implemented.
• Establish and sustain relationships with Head Office partners.
• Execute administrative reports and ad hoc reports as directed by the Board's Director.

Requirements

• Completed college or university with a major in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration...
• Proficient in Office Informatics
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of non-life insurance is preferred.
• Dynamic, positive, and responsible
• Excellent communication skills

• Working time: From 08:00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday
