GIC provides professional training about accident scene assessment for about 70 inspectors and specialized committes

Last October, GIC organized the training program "Accident scene assessment" to improve knowledge and skills in accident scene assessment for more than 70 assesors (GĐV), specialized comittees (BCT) throughout the GIC system.

The program is divided into two phases, with Phase 1 taking place in Hanoi from October 21 to October 23, 2022, and Phase 2 taking place in Ho Chi Minh City from October 28 to October 30, 2022, for the Central and Southern regions. Along with the GIC's leadership, the program also has the full support of nearly 70 directors and the executive committee, as well as officers from the Traffic Police Department.

Despite the short duration, the program covered a wide range of topics, including: Examination of traffic accident scenes; Occupational examination of vehicles involved in accidents; Examine the scene using practice, then talk about the outcomes; The Government's Decree 03/2021/ND-CP, dated January 15, 2021, on assessment and compensation for civil liability insurance, contains a number of new regulations. Unification of methods for coordinating the resolution of claims.

According to the GIC assessment center representative, all inspectors and specialized committees participated diligently and intently in both the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City training sessions with a very high spirit of learning. This leader stated, "In my opinion, the theoretical lectures combined with practice on the hypothetical program field have helped all the inspectors / committees understand the sequence of steps to be taken when arriving at the scene, setting up the current assessment record’.
