Global Insurance Corporation (GIC) and PVI Reinsurance Corporation signed a contract to receive and transfer reinsurance in the afternoon of September 16, 2022. (PVI Re).
Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan, the general director of PVI Re, and Mr. Phan Hoang Chung Thuy, the general director of GIC, as well as representatives of the heads of the two sides' relevant departments, were present at the signing ceremony.
The representatives of the two parties opened the electronic reinsurance transaction portal between GIC and PVI Re after signing the cooperation agreement. With the aim of reducing processing time and reducing reinsurance risk, this information technology infrastructure will enable the two parties to manage all reinsurance transactions in the form of electronic documents and transmit them through an electronic portal to limit manual processes to improve accuracy, prevent document loss, and assist with future data lookup. After only two months of implementation and construction, the e-transaction portal has received official approval. This was made possible by the close implementation and the e-transaction portal has been officially approved.
The project implementation process was discussed by the two parties.
